Hired them to clean my apt and it took 6 hrs to clean it. Why didn't they send multiple people? I am now being charged $325 for a cleaning fee by my old property management because the stove wasn't cleaned. I paid for a move out cleaning. Oven was not fully cleaned. Floors were not fully mopped. I had to clean the day of my inspection . Literally was scrubbing the floor because it was not done. We had a horrible experience with this company. The cleaners did not leave surfaces clean and for over $300 I expect surfaces to at least be wiped down. Additionally they damaged one of our lights and did not say anything to us about it.

The nastiest part though was their total unprofessional behavior. They made nasty comments about the state of the house to each other. If I am hiring a cleaner it is because the house is dirty and I need help. It is not acceptable to make comments about the state of things.

As we have approached our move out day, I’ve had the chance to thoroughly inspect the service that was conducted.

For this to be a “Move Out” cleaning, I am highly dissatisfied. My wife and I had to go through and re-clean multiple sets of window blinds, windows, and a ceiling fan. We’ve had to re-clean the stove top and clean out the dishwasher filter that has not been touched.

I am highly disappointed, and contemplated leaving this review, however over the past 2 days since the service, I have come across more and more cleaning discrepancies.

Sorry, but I cannot recommend this place. I paid >$200 for a deep cleaning service, but did not receive said deep cleaning service. The cleaners (2) arrived late, and as shown in the attached image, I vacuumed and found plenty of soot and hair after they left. Do not use this service unless you like waisting your money and not getting a professional job.

Hired for a move out clean and from their website I was expecting licensed professionals with professional cleaning equipment. However, the cleaners that came showed up late and had little more than a rag, bucket, and mop. They did not offer to show any licenses. They did not clean the items that were required by my rental agency correctly and didn’t even clean anything completely. They left without any communication that the job was done for me to walk through. When I complained to the owner and sent pictures, he resent them the next day to correct, but all they did was walk around with a rag and stated “that couldn’t be cleaned.” I had to clean behind them and easily cleaned the areas. When I called the owner again, he offered no compensation or correction. He spoke back to me saying “everyone’s standards are different.” However, there is absolutely a set standard for what constitutes a cleaned house. This company is highly unprofessional and not worth the cost at all. I had appointment at 10am. They took my card informations and sent email confirmation. 10:30 am nobody shows. Called them back, they said they are running late from other job, delay for 1-2 hours. 3pm no one came still. Called them back 2 more times, no one picked up the phone. No one call back , no apologies. either. They should not accept my apptment from the beginning. Spent all my day off waiting on them.
Very bad customer service.  Very disappointed.
